Hey there bloggers, I just wanted to wish you all a great weekend.  It looks like we in Wisconsin will still be having some HOT weather. Maybe it will break by Sunday.  It is storming out now so bad that the lights keep flickering.  One of our trees blew down and has made quite a mess. What a beautiful Morning! Albeit very warm already. The sun is shining and the weather man say's it's going to be another scorcher. I am sooooo ready for fall and the cooler weather it brings. Well this morning I was up at 5 to catch our meat chickens. Today was their date with the butcher. I felt bad picking them up and placing them in their containers. But that's why we raise them. They have had a good life. I guess I will never get used to the idea of killing things. I hope everyone's summer is going well and you have been keeping cool.... Hugs, Dawn

Here are some photos of my entries that won some ribbons. I am so pleased with the results. This is the first time I have entered the fair or any contest in regards to my crafts.  Very inspiring to see all the efforts of all the artists. We residents of Jackson County Wisconsin need to be very proud that we live in a County that promotes the Farmers, 4-H, and artists. We have a wonderful new buildings in which to display our entries.
