Winter time in our neck of the woods

NADIA LOVES THE SNOW...

THIS WINTER HAS BEEN A TOUGH ONE EVEN FOR THE MOST SEASONED WISCONSINITE.  IT IS SNOWING TONIGHT AFTER SNOWING ALL DAY. MORE SNOW ON THE WAY FOR TOMORROW AND MORE THE REST OF THE WEEK. ALL OF MY ANIMALS ARE READY FOR SPRING. WE HAVE LOST ONE SHEEP THIS WINTER AND TWO LLAMAS. NOT SURE WHY EITHER AS ALL SEEMED HEALTHY. IT MAKES ME SAD TO LOSE A ANIMAL AND ESPECIALLY WHEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT WENT WRONG. SAD.

GOOD NEWS. SPRING IS GETTING CLOSER ALL THE TIME. AND WE WILL WELCOME IT WITH OPEN ARMS. I SAT DOWN THIS WEEKEND AND ORDERED ALL MY SEEDS, TREES, GRAPES, AND BERRY BUSHES. I AM SOOOOO READY TO PLANT MY SEEDS. I AM HOPING BY THE END OF MARCH I WILL BE ABLE TO GET INTO MY GREENHOUSE TO PLANT SOME OF MY SEEDS.  THE GREENHOUSE MY DEAR HUSBAND BUILT US LAST YEAR DID A FINE JOB THIS  PAST SPRING AND SUMMER. I AM HOPING TO LEARN MORE EACH YEAR TO HELP OUT OUR LITTLE SEEDLINGS. IT IS SO GREAT TO BE ABLE TO PLANT THE SEEDS IN THE FRESH DIRT AND WATCH THEM SPROUT, GROW, AND GIVE US FOOD. IT'S AN AMAZING MIRACLE THAT GOD HAS BLESSED US WITH.

MY WISH FOR MY BLOGGER FRIENDS IS A SAFE AND WARM WINTER.. AND HOPEFULLY SPRING WILL BE HERE SOON TO WARM OUR BONES AND OUR EARTH..... BLESSINGS, DAWN

  1. Hi Dawn....just stopping by for a visit. I thought we have had a rough winter in PA....but I know that yours was much worse. You are right, though, Spring is around the corner. Love the pictures of your critters in the snow.

Have a wonderful week, and thanks for the comment,
    Bev
